On the map below you will find the main highways that lead from the 13-km. Confederation Bridge or from Wood Islands ferry to the town of Souris. Once in Souris you stay on Rte. 16 for another 15 km. to the cottage. Past Souris, about 10 km on your right, Red Point Provincial Park, then, further on, Basin Head, then, within a few km., Elliott’s general store. Approximately 200 yards further, just before crossing à little bridge, turn right on « Allée Mac Vane Farm Ln. », drive for about one km. towards the ocean, then turn left on Allée Carl’s Lane. A few yards ahead, on your left, you will find « The Sands », civic address no 61. Just a few more feet ahead, you see the ocean on your right.
